Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of subscription start. No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of payment.
To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9703890112 or email gunshottips@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Please include your registered email address and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (through Razorpay). The actual credit to your account may take an additional 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds will not be provided if: (a) the request is made after 7 days from payment, (b) the subscriber has been removed for violating terms of service, or (c) the subscriber has already consumed a significant portion of the service (e.g., received multiple trading calls).
