We collect the following personal information: email address, full name, phone number, and payment information (processed securely by Razorpay). We do not store credit card or bank details on our servers.
Your data is used exclusively for: delivering the advisory service, processing payments, sending transactional emails (invoices, login links, subscription reminders), and communicating important service updates.
We share data only with essential service providers: Razorpay (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Supabase (data storage). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months after your last subscription expires. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting gunshottips@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Note that deletion of account data will result in loss of access to the service.
